Fruit Yogurt with Ginger That Melts the Fat and the Cellulite

A simple recipe for a tasty and refreshing drink that is perfect for snack, breakfast or dinner.

The ingredients for this drink are as follows:

Yogurt – works perfectly because the fat in the body and regulates digestion, contains good bacteria that help the digestive system.

Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or currants – all very powerful antioxidants packed with vitamin C which stimulates the production of collagen and keeps the immunity.

Ginger – it increases circulation and rejuvenates the skin, relieves spasms, removes the pain in muscles.

Banana – because it contains large amounts of potassium which regulates the water retention in the body, which increases the effect of cellulite on the skin surface.

Preparation:

To prepare this drink you will need to put all the ingredients in a blender, and optionally you can add a few ice cubes as refreshment.

Tip: due to the strong flavor of ginger, you should not exaggerate; one piece the size of your nail is enough. In the drink you can add some fresh mint leaves or a little cinnamon and honey. Almonds are also an excellent choice. Do not make large amounts, each drink should be freshly prepared.
