The following recipe is very helpful for losing weight and it will also accelerate the process. You can prepare this syrup with the natural ingredients that you surely have in your kitchen.
130 g fresh horseradish
4 teaspoons of honey
Three organic lemons
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 cm fresh ginger root
Wash and peel the horseradish and the ginger root. Then you can shred or blend them in your blender. Add the lemons (if you cannot find organic lemons use the juice only), honey and the cinnamon in the mixture and mix it well. Put the resulting mixture in some clean glass jar, close it with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator.
Consume one teaspoon every morning on an empty stomach and every night before going to bed in the next three weeks.
